DarkMatter

Do you wonder where the self resides,
is it in your heart or between your sides,
and who would be the one to decide
it's true location?

2 weeks later and I still say Andrew Bird's Armchair Apocrypha is the disc to beat. Though the new(ly found) Camera Obscura is really really good too. But for now, raise the dark matter. You can't listen to that track without picturing the coolest laser light show ever. And he even whistles at the end (of course, but...)

"Scythian Empires" came up on shuffle while I was working and, man! that is a good song. As I've said, it's an amazing "shuffle" album.

I've been all retarded for the Swedish pop of Suburban Kids With Biblical Names and Jens Lekman as of late. That and the Unicorns album I reviewed the other day.

PBJ got me all Sweded out for a while, but I'll have to look up the unicorns on Rhapsody (Dyl I'm telling you one month and you'd be a Rhapsodiholic) especially since I'm "reading" (via audiobook) to Harry Potter and the Phoenixes (yes I'm a little behind but I have a pact with myself not to see the movie until I read the books, so...) and unicorns fit into that Hogwartian world...
